O'Reilly Auto Parts

Great customer service today, as usual. The team here at O'Reilly's did a great job helping me out with new ignition coils for my truck. Great service is definitely the norm here, not the exception. There's a reason I drive a little further to come to this store, and it's the always excellent customer service.

Oil recycling not a available at this location contrary to the O’Reilly website. Was able to drop it off at the local Autozone.

Not sure who sets hiring standards @ Oreilley auto parts, but I’m pretty sure my truck being 4wd or 2wd doesn’t have anything to do with what style my rear wiper is, also if you cannot tell me the difference between a Chevy 5.3 & 4.8 oil filter “fyi it’s the same” than maybe you should find another job that doesn’t deal in automotive parts I’m not sure the public school system failed them or management.. or both but I’d save your time & use a Nappa or Rockauto etc instead, plus you won’t get attitude & unprofessionalism from your computer ..

Had a great experience today at the Hastings store. Brian was so helpful when my battery died. I got it jumped and he told me to come right over and he’d put in a new one. Got me right back on the road. He was my hero. Thanks Brian - you are the best!!
