Fantastic auto today shop! Had some work done here and the repairs were great, as expected. However, where i was most impressed was by the customer service! They were very communicative, which was greatly appreciated. Then when I picked up my vehicle I saw they had washed it and detailed the inside! What a great surprise to get into a fresh and beautiful vehicle!!! Thanks a lot guys!

Friendly staff were able to give me a free quote on body work for my car when I dropped in. No pressure. Once we decided to book work with them they had good communication about the process. Professional and courteous and the car looks new.

Had a small job to do on my car. They got me in within a couple of weeks, considering they were booked out about 3 months. They were very nice and helpful. They did the job they said that they would, and no problems. I would use them again without a doubt. But hopefully I won't need their help, since I don't need any accidents happening to my 2016 Chevrolet Impala. Thanks much to the crew at Wayne's Auto Body in Hastings Minnesota!!!

I scheduled repairs and no one ever contacted me. In the interim, I got hail damage (2 claims) and brought it up to them, and they said they didn't do hail damage. So I asked about when it would be in for the 2 doors damaged they forgot to achedule it. So when they figured that out, they said they would do the hail damage. So they scheduled that. Looked okay when I got it back until it got a little dusty, and you could see where the paint wasn't blended and still looks dented. I also noticed that one of the doors they worked on was getting lots of dust on the inside, I would assume they didn'y put the vapor barrior back on, causing the dust. Also the weeping holes at the bottom of the doors were plugged, causing water to fill and stay inside the door. I work out of town, and it is very ha
