This company towed my car due to a snow ban on Friday and refused to release it until Monday because they were closed. I called multiple times trying to get my car back, but they wouldn’t release it. Then, on Monday, they charged me for all those days of storage, even though it was their decision to hold my car. When I made them aware that this was against the law, they responded that they did not care and suggested I could call the police or the motor vehicle department. This is not only unfair and frustrating, but it is also against the law to hold a customer’s vehicle in such a manner. I would strongly caution others about this practice.

First time customer. Sal and his crew were great. Had body work done on brand new vehicle that was in an accident. The job was done quicker than I had expected, and the results were perfect. Highly recommend!!

Finally got a resolution! I’ve been to three different places before this one, and they helped me with my car and actually had the parts I needed! I think Brandon was his name and he was very straightforward about the price and when my car was going to be ready. Very good team and would come back but hopefully I won’t have to lol

I just picked up my Honda CRV that I brought there for repairs and it’s absolutely beautiful they did such a good job AND they cleaned the interior of my SUV it looks like brand new! So happy with this Auto Body Shop we are bringing my husbands car in next I highly recommend Govenor Auto Body

I had an excellent experience with my tow driver, Luis. He was professional, courteous, and arrived quickly. Luis handled my vehicle with great care and made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend his services—he’s a great asset to the company!
