I had an amazing experience at Graft Chevrolet in the pre-owned vehicle sales department. For my first experience buying a vehicle off the lot, it went very well. I worked with the salesman Jeff, who was an amazing person and very helpful. He helped with all the questions I had and was there to keep conversation while we waited. I went on the weekend and they only had one finance guy so there was a long wait time; however, everyone was very kind and friendly. I had some troubles finding a few things but the manager Adam helped me find what they needed to keep the process moving. Once I was done with the first process I was able to work with the finance guy, Cordal. He was very friendly and explained everything well. Audy, Cordal, and Adam were great! Very professional, personable, and empathetic to my needs and what I was hoping for out of a vehicle. The process was simple and took about an hour and a half total. They were willing to work on the fly with my schedule (had to leave and come back). This was my only experience buying from a dealership. If I have the need for another vehicle in the future, I plan to check here first. They were honest with what they could offer and quick and clear to let me know my options. The facility is clean, well organized, and the other employees were all friendly and professional as far as I could tell.

I recently purchased a 2023 Malibu and worked with Elizabeth Risch (Lizzie) and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. Lizzie was very pleasurable to work with and extremely friendly and professional. She never once used any high pressure sale tactics or anything like it. She simply listened to what I was looking for and put the deal together. I had my 5 year old daughter with me and Lizzie went above and beyond to spoil her while we were there. I would like to share that Jeff at Graff Chevrolet used cars was absolutely wonderful he did everything and anything he could for us and it was a great car buying experience overall any issues he took care of and it was very much so appreciated. I recommend anybody to go there any especially asked for Jeff, he will work with you to get you what you can get whatever your price range maybe he makes it work and he did make it work for us. More than grateful that Jeff was the one to call me back after stopping in.
