Grand Prix Auto Wash

Had the worst experience here. Stopped in to get the touchless wash on my brand new truck. Just paid $1000 to have it paid corrected and ceramic coated weeks prior. Wash sprays half my truck then stops and tells me to exit. Half a wash, if that with no dry. So I go to the self serve and wash my truck. The brush absolutely destroys my paint and leaves scratches everywhere. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Let alone someone with a new vehicle trying to keep their car clean.

I had an issue with the app today. So I contacted support come to find out it was completely my mistake. I will continue to come here as the team worked incredibly fast to remediate my non issue. They are not near my house but the facility, quality of the wash and customer service are beyond most other companies. Thank you Grand Prix team!

Mixed feelings here. The touch less bays are ok. The self-serve bays are good. Great pressure, and the time for the cost seems fair. With full service car wash facilities offering monthly unlimited washes for a dollar a day, it's hard to find the value. Unless you have a bike rack or box on your car or truck. In that case, Grand Prix would be your only choice if you can't wash at home and need a quick clean. Enjoy???

I have used this wash a ton of times and the last few times the drive through wash is HORRIBLE - these are the AFTER Pictures, I paid $6 for basically nothing. If you going to go here skip the drive through bay and use the self wash bays.
