Gray's Towing - New Bern

Aaron was of great service to me today helping me get my vehicle out of a snow/ditch. He was very professional and made me feel confident in his work. No damage no mistakes made he was an Amazing hard dedicated worker!

I was so pleased with the service I received from Jasmere of Gray's Towing last Saturday evening. He arrived very quickly and went right to work to help me get the car started and on my way. Jasmere was a very polite, knowledgeable and encouraging person.

My Ford Escape needed a quick tow, and I’m happy to say that Gray’s Towing was extremely punctual and reliable. Hunter was the tow driver who helped me, and he truly went above and beyond—he took his time, was very kind, and it was clear he genuinely cares about making sure the vehicles he tows arrive safely and without any issues. Hopefully I won’t need another tow anytime soon, but if I ever do, I know exactly who I’m calling: Gray’s Towing!

Had an issue with my vehicle late yesterday afternoon and didnt feel safe to drive it to the dealer. Contacted Gray's and they were able to come right out to my location and get it loaded up for a tow. Nick was kind, knowledgeable, and made an otherwise crummy situation less stressful. Would definitely recommend Gray's if you find yourself needing a tow!
