Grease Monkey

I was warmly greeted at my car by name and told where I could wait and have a water or soft drink. The service was fast and efficient. The mechanic asked me about my battery and called the place I bought it to see if it was still under warranty. He went above what he needed to do. At check out I was instructed on what was done and what needed to be done. I highly recommend this grease monkey!!

Went in for a routine oil change and their team noticed my tire was pretty flat. I thought it was a bad valve but they found a 4 inch screw in my tire and patched it up for me. Thanks again for finding that, as well as the friendly service!

Above and Beyond in Every Measurable Way! I cannot speak for any other location than Highlands Ranch 9293 S. Broadway behind Pet Smart. The front desk is/has been efficiently and warmly run for years by the sweetest lady who sincerely explains all services provided and explains everything so clearly and friendly. The young lady that handled my truck and provided a detailed analysis of all my questions and concerns about items like my brakes. Again service above and beyond and she knew what she was talking about. I learned that this location provides full mechanical services except for alignments I believe. I asked her to quote me for front brakes which I was told I needed a full front brake job by (Pep Girls) after they did my rear brakes. Turns out I don’t need front brakes at all. Grease

My family has always received great value from this Grease Monkey, and have been using them for a variety of services for many, many years. They are a trustworthy, friendly and and always willing to help with whatever they can. They have the utmost integrity, but it goes beyond that when they have helped my family with any number of issues that used 'kids' cars may bring. Honestly, it's having a friend in the auto service business.
