Grease Monkey Lafayette, Colorado was fantastic! They took my car in immediately, inspected the car for necessary fixes beyond the simple oil change, only fixed what was needed and told me the condition of everything else. They were courteous, knowledgable, and efficient. Highly recommend!

My tires were rotated. The tire that was low on the passenger’s backside was moved to the front driver side. All four tires were at different amounts. They did not fill it and I did tell them that one was low. I ended up having to go to Firestone today.

HORRIBLE and UNSAFE experience- avoid at all costs. Discovered after a routine oil change (was not able to use Grease Monkey on Baseline as they closed- they were AMAZING) on the highway in a storm that Lafayette location incorrectly filled my windshield washing reservoir with a thick oily petroleum-based product that entirely coated/smeared the windshield—completely blinding me while traveling on the highway and nearly caused a major accident as I had to turn blindly off into the treeline. I returned immediately; staff brushed it off as a “mystery”, then suggested that I had done it, and THEN merely topped off with more fluid and suggested I "get a car wash" as this viscus fluid was now all over the front of my car. I was surprised that me report showed they didn’t check or top off the washer fluid, didn’t check tire pressures, and forgot to put the reminder sticker on my windshield (which they did when I returned’. That was a honest oversight. The people were great and the oil service itself went well. I was just surprised to see these inspection points on my invoice with the note ‘not completed’. Most places do that as a courtesy.

Always get top notch service. Oil change and timing belt knocked out in 25 minutes. Great work and only trust them with my truck!.
