Both John’s were very professional. They answered all my questions. I went to get my LED lights put in. Very reasonable, and even have snacks in the waiting area. They found a loyal customer. I loved how they even put plastic to protect my seats from the shop oils. Wish I’d been known about them

I have been coming to this business since they have opened and have spoke highly of them on social media from my experience . I came back for a service the employee and manager were very nice , attentive , and ultimately did a great job. I’m giving 3 stars because of the employee”s customer services/quality work .Although I understand the season has been slow they are supposed to have the best competitive oil change prices in the area I paid $105 for a full synthetic and 20$ upcharge for high miles ,same if not more then other locations . I used to admire this location for their uniqueness which set them apart from other locations,affordability and transparency with the customer but it seems they are on trend to become like PepBoys , Jiffy lube or Valvoline . First time at Grease Monkey and it exceeded my expectations. Cassandra was the first to greet me once I exited my car and she is super nice! There are complimentary snacks and drinks that came with my services as well and everything was clean and welcoming. The gentlemen that worked on my car did amazing and handled it with care. My car was done in about 15 minutes, super fast and efficient. I am definitely coming back again for more car services! Thank you again!

Had an awesome experience here! Everyone there was super nice and easy to talk to. They took the time to explain everything. The service was really fast. They got my car in and out way quicker than I expected. Overall, just a great place with great people. I’m glad I found this place. I’ll definitely be coming back!
