I needed to get my old truck smogged, and Greaser’s was the only place around that had the appropriate equipment. Great service, and very fast at reasonable price.

It all started in May. I went for a quote on my 2002 LS 430. I got a call regarding what needed to be done, which was the Valve cover gaskets, oil pan gasket, and a Steering rack and pinion. A couple days later I got a call saying my car was ready and when I came to pick it up noticed a lot of warning lights popped up on the dash, luckily they were able to fix those within a couple hours and then they apologized for the inconvenience, so I came back to pick it up. Sadly thats not where the problems end as this is just the beginning. I had then noticed my power steering fluid was empty, so I bought some out of pocket and just topped it up and it was all good, but you would think that the shop would check it after doing the rack and pinion. If you need your car fixed and you don’t come to greasers on Hacienda, you MUST don’t want it fix, I waited to review just to make sure my car was fixed and when I say it is. From the very first phone call, to the service, back to the last phone call, then to the pick , up and then they CHECK UP ON YOU! I felt like I was appreciated, and then there’s the whole staff, I mean if you’re not coming HERE I really don’t know what you’re doing with your car life!!!!! Thanks Greasers

This shop is an absolute pleasure to work with and is the epitome of customer service. They helped me solve a problem with a car which failed emissions testing. They proactively ordered parts and got us back on the road way faster than I expected. They went above and beyond for us.
