Great America Tire

Bad service; Bad Tire; Uncommunicative; Late Arrival; I was redirected to this location because where I originally went, didn’t have my size. I get to the shop “Great America Tires” and there’s one person sitting in his car waiting for 30 minutes already. I then processed to wait for an additional hour. No one around, doors open. One person comes but he sat down and didn’t fix the tire, another man comes with an attitude and then fix the tire. Very rude and in a rush. THE VERY NEXT DAY my tire pressure was on 17. So the seal wasn’t correct or I was given a bad tire. Either way, horrible experience and I’ll never be returning.

I would not recommend Great American Tire. The wrong tires were installed on my trailer (they told me they had the right size in stock). Plus both tires are leaking air. If I could give less than a 1 star I would.

When ever u buy a tire here u better check it's the correct size.ill never recommend or use here again.plus the tire had cracks in it.they offered me creidt. I don't even want the credit after this horrible service

Pulled up just as their last customer was leaving so no wait. Very quick. They didn't talk much but were polite. Probably the best looking used tired I've gotten in well over a decade and a very reasonable price. Definitely will be my 1st call for any tore needs

Unprofessional, uncommunicative. When I called to inquire whether they had the tire size I need, the employee assured me that they had it, but when I arrived it took them 20 mins to find 1 tire, and then huffed when I asked to see the other tire I requested, the employee audibly huffed and at my request to visibly inspect the product I was going to buy. After that I just drove away, I had no confidence in their ability to replace my tires given their conduct up to that point.
