Very disappointed. I am someone who refuses to take my car to a normal drive thru car wash because I am 1) particular about my car 2) want it to be washed a certain way and 3) to avoid any scratches. Well, that did not happen. The brush that I used AFTER washing it out left lots of scrapes on the top of my hood. Can we normalize maybe taking care of the things people use daily at YOUR car wash, this is insane.
We did the top level wash with the touch free and our car looks like it needs washed again. We won’t be spending $15 just to require a second wash again.
Zero instructions for running equipment. Nozzle on vacuum was not attached and I spent half my time trying to keep it from grabbing my hair. Would never come back.
VERY happy with the vacuums here! Used some at an "Altus Car Wash" and they barely picked anything up. These were great. The area was clean and well kept.
Charge my card over $8 to wash the car wash did not even work there's nobody up here to talk to horrible service
