I've been in for a couple oil changes and have experienced prompt courteous service. I've changed my own oil for over 60 years and feel it's time to retire. These guys do it the way I would if I were doing it myself. A friend has used them for years and has always been happy. I will use them for tire purchases in the future as I am tired of some of the BS I get from national chain stores. I have listened to them talk to other customers and I find their recommendations to be sincere and accurate.

We were visiting town and had a screw in the tire. Sunday morning….when we were about to leave…of course. They were the second place I tried because the first was too busy. They got me in and out and for only $50 we were on the road. Quite the life saver!

I have only had good experiences here. A couple times I taken my car elsewhere only to wish I'd gone to Great Bear instead. It's difficult to find a place you can trust, so I am glad I found them. It's worth it to drive a little further knowing I can count on them to be honest and do a good job.

My wife and I have both had great experiences and great work done here! Our Pontiac needed a new exhaust system put in. They ordered the parts and in installing it, they found they didn’t need to re-do everything. They didn’t charge us for the extra parts! They quoted us more, and charged us less! We also get oil changes done here! Quick, easy, and honest! You get a car wash with your oil changes! I have been very pleased by their service and prices! Will continue to go back to them!

Had a screw in one of my tires. Went in and got it plugged within 15 minutes. Great service and everyone there seem to really care about the customers. They offer drop Off and pickup services. Lived in Bloomington for 15 years and my first time here. Will be coming back for any future services. There are few places that seem to care about customers nowadays but I think I found my go to place.
