I had a GREAT experience at Great Lakes Honda West. They helped me with my car purchase and made the entire process smooth and efficient. I was not stuck there all day, which I really appreciated. My salesperson, Mo Alfar, was extremely personable, funny, knowledgeable and professional, and never felt overly salesy. It honestly felt like talking with a friend rather than being pressured into a decision. I would absolutely recommend Mo to anyone looking for a Honda. Sullivan and Cam were also great to work with. They were efficient, organized, and Sullivan helped keep everything moving, which made the overall experience even better.

Hands down the BEST SERVICE DEPT! They are honest, fair, and great at explaining and showing the issues for my older Honda CRV. ALL the advisors are great. Can't go wrong with ANY of them, though I especially appreciate the help Matt has done for me in particular several times. No bias (obviously, of course) but probably my favorite service advisor. Also, Don is a great guy and very helpful salesperson. Highly recommend working with him if you need a new Honda OR used car. Easily the Best Honda dealership in the Greater Cleveland area!

We worked with Mo Alfar to get our preowned Passport. He stayed late two days for us (not planned on our part) to get our deal done. Great customer service!! James, one of the finance manager, was also extremely helpful. Neither were pushy or high pressure. Just friendly and willing to get the deal done!
