I was 150 miles from home with a Chevy Bolt that wouldn’t charge. On Christmas. You can well imagine I wasn’t all that happy to be a patron would be an understatement. I was thrilled they had an appointment the week between the holidays. When I called, Dave was very patient with my anxious self on the phone, and I appreciated that he was honest with me about some potentially terrible news. Straight shooter. When I got to the shop, the service manager, I think his name is Matt was great. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I learned a lot about local hunting laws listening to the conversation. I'm from out of state, and I had a concern about the charging system on my 2019 Silverado. They fit me in the next day and assured me everything was operating normally. They were even nice enough not to charge me anything. It's too bad I live far away, I would definitely be back.

Needed a 10 min relearn on my throttle position sensor and was told it was there first day and I'd need to leave it all day.. called for a appointment and was disappointed.
