I took my car to 3 different mechanics to fix my heater issue in my 2017 Chevy trax, they all told me I needed to take it to a dealer (the dealer quoted me $2k to fix the heater), that’s when I found Greg’s Auto Shop. When I called, he took the time to hear me out and set me up for diagnostics based off our conversation. I wasn’t sure if he’d be able to fix the problem but he had the heat fixed that day! And for less than half the price! The professionalism, consideration and integrity is what will be bringing me back to Greg’s. I have told everyone I know about this auto shop and I couldn’t speak more highly about it! I definitely recommend this shop for your auto care needs.

I heard great reviews for Greg's, so I went there to fix a headlight. My previous Prius, a 2008, had a complicated and expensive headlight to replace. So I assumed my 2012 plugin Prius would be the same. They were very kind and quick, and took 2 min to ... pop in a bulb! Charged me $35!!! I had told him i always changed my own bulbs in the past. He could have told me the later models made it easier to change the Prius headlight and I could have done it myself. I won't go back. I feel taken advantage of. Too bad. He's right in my neighborhood.

Jeff, from Greg’s Auto Repair is easy to speak with, prompt, and seems to be extremely trustworthy! He’s worked on three of our vehicles- every time is thorough in his explanation, provides reasonable pricing upfront, and he even took an impromptu drive for a few minutes along with me to evaluate, & give his professional opinion about a concern- he alleviated my concern and I’d feel totally comfortable returning if it persists as he’s advised, without and fear of being judged or taken advantage of- on the contrary actually, he’s made everyone in my family feel at ease and we will absolutely continue to do business with Greg’s Auto Repair in the future!
