If you buy a car from this dealership, you will later regret that decision. They sold me a car; when I took it home, the check engine light came on, and it didn’t drive properly. They worked on it only to drive the car off their lot. And after you drive off the car lot, you start experiencing problems with the car. if you bring the car back, they will deny it's good and say you're the one complaining. They will tell you, "Oh, we don’t refund customers' money," but they obviously sold you a bad car. Their dealings at Gresham City Auto are shady. They care about their profit, not customer satisfaction, especially the guy named Mike, who will tell you he's done talking with you and deny you after you’ve bought the car, and you decide to call him back about the car. I had asked them if they could look for something for me and originally was trying to find an older Tahoe but they came across this one and I decided to go with it instead. Went through in house financing which I was approved for, they let me know it would be more expensive if I stuck with the month to month plan but I let them know I planned to pay it off before then to avoid that. The vehicles are used, but in good condition! Had a problem with one of the vehicles I purchased, reached out to Francisco, and with no hesitation asked me to swing by so he could look at it. Had me back up and going an hour later. I knew when I bought it, there was no warranties and I signed a “ as in condition” waiver.
