Gresham DEQ Test Station

I got what needed to be done and they were super nice to me but dont try to get there early on Tuesday, I arrived at 829am-1 minute before they opened and they were packed, took me an hour to get in.

Excellent. I wish every government regulated process was this efficient and easy. Arrived 10 mins after they opened and even with 10 cars ahead of me, I only spent maybe 5 minutes in line. In and out in another 5 minutes. Great, efficient, competent, friendly staff. Clear directions.

Very friendly technician, extremely fast service. Don't know if I just got lucky on a Friday afternoon, but while the Clackamas location had 5 full lanes, at Gresham there was no wait, and I was out in five minutes flat. I'll be coming back here every time!

Quick service. In and out really quick. My only wait time was because of person in front of me that had a long conversation with the employee.

Aside from quick & fast service is great except I still will always say charging $263.00 for a newer vehicle like an SUV that runs great from the day it rolled off the lot is the state of Oregon way of legally stealing money from everyone, I can understand if there was a far cost of $50.00 dollars for processing so you can get the darn tags for the plates ok great but the $263.00 charge is blatant murder by the state. But I'm sure the state of Oregon has everything covered as to why it costs so much haha 🫤 Another thing that bugs me is that you do not have the choice to buy 2 or 4 year tags, say you want to buy the 4 year tags & forget it for another 4 years you can't, the state of Oregon says that's only for brand new vehicle's, well excuse me Oregon that my vehicle is not fresh new & rig
