Gresham Subaru: Service Department

I went to Gresham Subaru for routine service. I knew I had brake service that was due. They did everything in one visit so I didn’t have to reschedule for the additional service. They were timely, and so pleasant to deal with! I felt confident in the service, and I have already decided I will be going there for my future services. Thanks Julianne and team. You were amazing!

I brought my car in for an oil change, tire pressure check, wiper replacement and tire rotation. Kayla was very helpful, kind and professional. She was very good with my daughter as well, who can be a little bit of a handful during appointments. I will definitely be returning to see Kayla when I need service done. Great job!

Head gaskets blew on an old Subaru Outback I bought within a week of purchase and even though I bought it somewhere else, Gresham Subaru treated me like I bought it there. Kept me informed of everything throughout the whole process, sent me videos and photos of the inspection and supplied me with a loaner while the car was being repaired. Big thanks, especially to Kayla, who also helped me work with the extended warranty company. And when she wasn’t there the other staff was informed and able to answer my questions as well. I appreciate all the help! And the car is running great, like brand new!!

It was quick and easy to make an appointment. There was no waiting and Jesse had me in a nice rental within 15 minutes. They found another issue ( non related) and also fixed that. The shop is fast and efficient and considerate of my time. Thanks so much!

Let me start by saying that I did not have the best experience a year ago with the service department at Gresham Subaru. I came back in because my thermo control valve failed and it was covered under an extended TSB warranty. I was hesitant to bring my 2019 Forester in, but since the cost would be covered, I really had no other choice.
