Had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at this Toyota service center. I have a NY-registered Toyota that was due for a NY state safety inspection, so I called ahead to ask if they could do it. The representative I spoke with said she would check, and later told me they could perform the NY inspection as long as the car passed both NY and RI requirements. Based on that assurance, I booked an appointment. When I arrived, I met Stephen D. and confirmed with him that I was there for a NY state safety inspection. He acknowledged this clearly at the start. After waiting for about an hour, Stephen came back and told me the inspection was complete - only to hand me paperwork for a Rhode Island safety inspection. When I asked about the NY inspection, he told me they could not do it

They just can't get it right, I had to order a driver's side wiper blade for my 2025 Camry and had to wait 4 weeks for it to come in. Then once I bring my car in I noticed the blade was still streaking. I called and was told that they replaced the blade arm for which I did not need. I mean, come on, it's not rocket science, why would I need a wipe arm if the blade was streaking and it was very explicit when I explained the problem and was assured that they understood the issue. So I call ball to let them know the wrong part was put on and was reassured that they would correct the problem. Now I have to wait who knows how long for this to come in. I'd go to Auto Zone and pick one up myself but why should I have to pay for wiper blades for a 2025 vehicle when they will replace it for free.

Me and my girl friend both called them maybe 8 times in two weeks and left 4 voice messages messages and called again and they left me on hold for 10 minutes and just didn't pick up. I've been here before and had great service, but what's the point of great service if you literally cannot schedule an appointment no matter how many times you call. Even restaurants that book 6 months in advance pick up the phone. I don't know if it's a problem with the reception or if they don't want to do service anymore but it's entirely unacceptable.

It's tricky to get good customer service here. Runners are absent as well as service follow-up. I left with questions unanswered. A text follow-up regarding my warrenty as I seemed to have gotten the wrong customer service agent. Sad as I bought my car here and was looking to buy another new car for my wife. I'll be taking my vehicle elsewhere as the service is too undependable. Sad as they are literally walking distance from my home.

I had such a bad experience with the service advisor his name is Stephen Dias. He makes me feel like I’m bothering him and I don’t want to come back to this Toyota dealer ever again. I think ppl who r not good at listening or communicating should not be at this position! I just need a flat tire to be replaced! I called Monday morning make sure they have the tire I need. I got here at 2:30pm Expecting to get everything done in 1.5 H! But waited 1 hour n 40 mins without knowing what’s going on. And the third time I asked him. He said they r patching it! How ridiculous, Is it my car or his car ? After a while he came to me said they don’t have the tire in stock I have to come back the next day! So I literally wasted 2.5H there get nothing done!
