These people are a joke. Sold me the wrong tires way too big for my vehicle. Do not have no wisdom or knowledge whatsoever about tires. Only wanted to give me 30% discount when they were severely negligent

The 120 days same as cash for four new tires is a complete scam! They tell you that you get free alignment and balancing of your tires for the life of the tires, plus roadside assistance if anything happens to a tire but in the end, you end up paying over $400 to have that coverage. Called to make my final payment because they set it up for Christmas, which would obviously debit after the holiday then I wouldn’t fall in the 120 days same as Cash. I Spoke to a guy who tried to charge me $218 for my final payment and was going to debit my card didn’t sound right so I spoke to someone else and it was $137 I needed to pay. This place is a complete joke!! Do not recommend

Only giving 1 ⭐️ because I can’t give 0. This place is a ripoff. I got 4 (generic) tires 6 months ago, was quoted around $800 ($200/tire) (which is crazy), after 6 months of making $40 weekly payments my remaining balance is still OVER $800. Total actual cost of 4 generic tires is over $1,600 ($400/tire). They make you sign a contract that they can take ownership of your vehicle if you miss any payments. This business is designed to take advantage of people in desperate situations. You’re better off getting help from the mafia than this place. The mafia is more merciful.

My husband and I have used them 2 times now and the first time it was great no problems at all. They have been taking money out of our account more than what was due. I am reporting them to the BBB. They will rip you off so DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT GO HERE. I cant stress this enough.

Do not shop here. Was told 2 months ago replacement tire was $30 and warranty was valid for a year. Hasn’t been a year and now a new tire is $150 and they don’t see the warranty. Had car towed to shop at 11am and was told they couldn’t look at it until 2pm. 3pm was told car would be ready when I got there. Arrived at 5pm for car to still be sitting with flat tire because no one ran the payment. Terrible communication, terrible customer service from VINCE, and terrible quality of tire.
