Not sure about the repair shop; I bought my Subaru last year ; the sales man was nice but the car had an accident on cardiac and he didn’t share that with me ; less than 6 months I needed new battery, new starter, and new tires . I also bought car insurance maintenance coverage platinum one. Once I sold the car, I called the finance manager ,Juan Tejeda, to get the refund on my car insurance coverage; he sent me a link to fill out a cancellation request after I called him 3 times. I submitted the cancellation over 2 months ago and no one is returning my calls or emails. They are basically steeling my money; and no one cares . Do not use group 1 auto for anything especially for insurance

The group itself has terrible customer service. I’ve been waiting on a product cancellation refund for 4 months, and every time I reach out, I receive kickback, and passive-aggressive remarks. I recommend McGovern for purchases.

They need to get loaner cars for the Mercedes of Scarborough dealership. So when you have to wait extra time to get a loaner and the day comes you don’t get told they don’t have any and nothing they can do.
