I can't say enough good things about this place!!!! I have taken 3 different vehicles here and everytime it has been great service! Today I dropped my van off at 7am and it was ready before noon. Mr.Joe and his crew are great people with fast service and great prices!

My husband Art brought our 2007 Ford Expedition in for spark plug and coil pack situation, hoping we could get the repairs we needed at an affordable price. Not only did they do the job quickly and professionally, they also understood our need for it to be affordable. We paid less than half of what other shops would have cost, and walked away knowing that they would absolutely get future business with us. Their professionalism and just down right understanding of their customer base makes them deserving of an excellent review. I generally do all the work myself on my 2007 Ford expedition but the last time I did the coil pack and spark plugs I had one plug that I couldn't get out so this time around I look for a mechanic that would just replace the one plug and one coil pack unfortunately a lot of other mechanic shops wouldn't touch it or if they did a ridiculous price to do it my daughter told me about guaranteed auto and transmission so I looked them up brought my vehicle to them and the owner of the shop was very understanding of my situation he told me he would take care of the spark plug in the coil pack and do it for a reasonable price I thanked him and dropped my car off and an hour later he gives me a call to come pick up my ride the professionalism and the courteous service was unbelievable I like that t

The owner of the shop is such an honest and informative mechanic. He is very professional and also doesn’t try to get over on you by making you you pay for things the car doesn’t need. He was super informative on where to get parts from for a better price. The whole staff and shop is all around very nice and gives off great energy. I definitely would recommend to see this shop if you want honest, fair and great quality auto care!!!
