I recently purchased a 2026 M1000R from Adam and Ed, the process could not have been more seamless! I did not feel like they were only interested in the sale but more about finding the right bike and options for my personal riding style. Everyone in the store is very welcoming, friendly and helpful! Kevin and Ozzy did an amazing job on my first service, explained everything and were very accommodating in every aspect of the process. Been having my bike, serviced this dealership for quite some time now. I know they may have a reputation for being expensive but the more I’m their customer the more I understand why. My motorcycle is like a finally tuned watch. The customer service is top-notch.. Kevin goes out of his way to be helpful and accommodating. I won’t let anyone else to touch my bike. I Highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

I picked up a 2025 Ducati Monster. Alex kept in contact with me to make the deal happen. I almost picked up the Ducati hypermotard but at the end of the day did not see that being the right bike for me. I read some reviews on the Ducati Monster and with the help of Alex got the deal done. I rode the bike home today and it was as what I was looking for. I stopped by Gulf Coast Motor Sports in South Fort Myers with a friend to look at bikes and pick up a new pair of gloves. We spent around 20 minutes walking around the store, checking out different models and gear. During that time, several employees were sitting behind a desk, and not one of them approached us to offer help, even though it was clear we were interested in a few bikes. For us, as two women shopping alone, the lack of acknowledgment felt even more noticeable. Whether that played a role or not, the experience was disappointing, especially after visiting two other locations in Fort Myers where staff immediately offered assistance and were genuinely helpful. Amazing place. Everyone is friendly and ready to help you. If you want to buy,sell or trade a motorcycle you should stop by, BMW motorcycle inventory is always good with premium packages and all accessories you can imagine, the Ducatis always sharp if you looking for speed. Some employees speak Spanish so is very helpful.
