Jacob was fantastic. He came out and replaced my windshield in less than 1/2 hour. Also, the price was very reasonable. No extra cost to come to me. John in the office was great about pricing and making the appointment.

Today, I had the pleasure of having Gulf States Glass replace my windshield. Not only were they super friendly and professional when I called to schedule an appointment, they contacted me when they were in route to my office. That's right!! They came to me to do the work!! Every other place I called to get a quote required me to bring my vehicle to them because of the sensor recalibration that's needed. Not Gulf States! They were able to recalibrate on site. For a working, single income household, this is HUGE!! I'm so grateful for this crew. Both Grant and Jacob (I think..I'm terrible with names) were kind, knowledgeable, and gracious. I made an appointment to have a windshield replaced on my pick up truck. A young man named Nathan called me about 20 minutes before was to arrive and showed up right on time. He swapped the glass out in about 45 minutes and was very neat and professional. If it wouldn’t have been for the crack missing I would have never known he was there. Very fair price and great service. I highly recommend them for windshields.
