Rachel & Hollie were top tier and made everything run so smoothly, I was never out of the loop about anything. My quote/receipt was in detail (including pictures)! I was in and out of there with the convenience of their night box! I will definitely use them from here on out while owning my Jaguar!

By far the best experience I ever had when servicing a vehicle. Before using Nexus, I inquired on several different matters regarding my vehicle. Holly and Rachel’s customer service is top tier. All questions were answered with patience and understanding. These ladies are very knowledgeable about any issues you need addressed with your vehicle. The service guys are unmatched. Very attentive to every detail and the complimentary car wash had my girl look super clean. Rachel and her team are great. My car broke down on me coming from Texas to Louisiana. I had to leave it, but they took care of me and went after the company that didn’t do the work right highly recommend.!!
