I made a phone call to southern brothers and explained my situation. He told me he would work on it as soon as a did my application. Within 15 to 20 minutes he was calling me said I was accepted. Sent in my income to verify. I got off at 5 pulled up to the lot paperwork was ready. Wasn’t there no more than 30 minutes amazing job. I love the way you guys work. Anybody looking for a vehicle go there.

My experience at this place was good. but I had transmission problems with the vehicle I purchased and they told me I did not have a two-year warranty on the vehicle and said every car have a warranty for two years on the lot That was a lie I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy a car from them. I would not accept a car if they gave me three of them.

Rami took care of us since day one. We had been looking for a car and were on a time frame to get one, fast. He was attentive but not aggressive in getting a sale like the last few lots my boyfriend and I had been to before this one that made us not want to buy. He got us approved within our budget, our mileage for the car and the whole process was so quick. Probably the easiest car shopping I’ve ever done in my life! The best part, the next day we realized a light had been out when we got home and they told us to bring it back to the shop to look it over and fixed us right up. 10/10 service and I’ve already recommended this place to several people that are in the market because there’s nothing better than knowing you are working with honest people when it comes down to your finances.
