I had an excellent experience working with Haggerty Ford, and I can’t recommend them enough. My salesman, Dario, was absolutely awesome—professional, straightforward, and genuinely great to work with from start to finish. I purchased an F-150 and had a bedliner added after the sale. What really stood out was Dario going above and beyond by offering to pick the truck up directly from my house to have the work completed. That level of service is rare and much appreciated. Just as important, there were NO hidden fees—everything was transparent and exactly as promised, which made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. This is a great dealership to work with, and I will definitely be going back in the future. If you’re looking for an honest dealer and top-notch service, ask for Dario.

I recently brought my 2020 Ford Escape Titanium to Haggerty Ford and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person, and they even handled multiple recalls I hadn’t mentioned, which saved me time. While my car was being serviced, I was able to enjoy free coffee and use a desk with an outlet, which made the wait easy. The work itself (replacing a front axle seal, stabilizer links, topping off fluids, and recall fixes) was completed quickly, and I was back to the city by lunchtime. Dario was pleasant and very helpful. This was not your typical dealership experience — everyone at Haggerty Ford was nice, normal, and treated us well, without the usual sales games or ego that seem to come standard at most dealerships. The car is amazing, they gave me a great price, and Dario answered all of my questions without ever making me feel uncomfortable or bad for asking. You can buy a Ford anywhere, but the service here is worth going out of your way for.
