These guys are amazing for squeezing me in. I had a work thing in Hailey two hours from home my wheel bearing was giving up on me. I called one place first they were booked out a week. I then called these guys and with no hesitation they took care of me. Even let me use my own part because I by the sound it was making I knew it was the wheel bearing so I bought it from the parts store in hopes to make it home and get it fixed. However, I had a feeling I would have seized up on Galena with no service away from home. Thank you guys for all the hard work!

No stars. Zero , Nada , comprende? Update – October 2025: I’ve read the owner’s response and still firmly stand by my point. The crank seal failed again within months, the PCV system was verified as working by another certified mechanic, and no real solution or follow-up was ever provided. I’ve described my experience truthfully, and readers can decide for themselves Dissatisfied with Service and Warranty Handling I took my car to Hailey Auto Clinic for a crank seal repair. They charged a lot, and while it seemed fine at first, the same seal blew again just three months later. A properly installed crank seal should last close to ten years. When I brought it back under warranty, they told me it was a PCV issue and quoted another $3,000. I got a second opinion from Dick York’s Auto Servi

They are busy for a reason. This team is great!! I had a wheel bearing out. Squeeling like crazy. They didn't want me to drive on it, too dangerous. So they fit me in the schedule and got me back on the road. Fair price for fair work. Didn't try to upsell, which is a big deal for me. Just cared about my safety and time. As a long haul trucker, time is important. I can't express enough how much honesty means in today's world. Honest, fair, caring. 10 stars in my book!!!!

Excellent service and communication, fast diagnosis and diagnostic report, replaced water pump and thermostat in our BMW X5 quickly. Great communication and customer care, including rides locally. Highly recommend Hailey Auto Clinic!

Everything about my visit was excellent....from their efficient online or phone reservation system to the thorough car service itself.Price was very reasonable. Even though they were just about to close they installed a new air filter I had just purchased in record time !
