Closed when Hertz Thrifty Avis and Budget were open. Left a message with us while we were in flight and when we landed after 5pm they were gone. The other agencies were open. Poor customer support and missed business.
Great service and good choice of cars. National Car Rental is first rate in Sun Valley and throughout the country!
Wife had to bring back a car due to a light on the dash after getting stuck in some mud. Check out clerk was extremely rude, despite national telling her to swap cars. We have always used national, and are emerald members via a corporate account. Currently rethinking that status.
Great service - both during pickup (with a very good car) and car return.
