Les Schwab Tire Center

Were a car dealership nearby and we have alignments performed here 5 times per month. We bring odd vehicles to them and they dont bat and eye at getting them done. Steve is incredible at his work and Caleb is right there organizing the flow around his crew. We're lucky to have such great guys willing to take on our weird vehicles in this small town. Thanks for the hard work!

We were in a tight bind when our tire popped so we called these guys to see if they had any tire that would work. They said no. We were able to find one and drove from stanley to Hailey on a donut to see if they would mount the tire for us. The tech proceeded to try and say it would be a couple of hours before they could even mount the tire and then proceed to check all our tires saying one is low on tread and its best to just buy all new tires instead of mounting a tire with different tread. I agree but at this point we are hours from home and just need a quick fix. We already had an appointment to get new tires next week and these guys really just seemed to not want to help us. Unfortunately being the only tire shop in Hailey they seem to know that and try to bully people.

The guy that helped me was very helpful. I needed my batteries checked and he was able to test them and give me a price. I didn’t get my batteries from them because I was visiting my daughter and there is no Les Schwab anywhere near where I live, so the warranty wouldn’t do me any good. I am very thankful that he was understanding and gave me some good advice.

As a 25+ year customer of Les Schwab, I have had nothing but the best service. My tires are always looked after and when there's been a problem, they were replaced at no cost. The Hailey location has always looked after all of our vehicles.

Took my tuck in for an alignment seemed all good till I looked under my truck and the boots were all twisted up. Its not really a big deal but did they even do the job correctly? Shortcuts don't get the job done properly. Did i just pay for bad work? Went in to let them know. They had to stop helping me to finish up other customers. So I left and will be getting a second opinion from a shop that knows what they are doing. I will not go back to les schwab in hailey, idaho. Rude, unhelpful, obviously the job was rushed and never double checked.
