Valley Car Wash

I had a very disappointing experience here. The wash itself seemed normal at first, but the brushes felt extremely rough during the process. I trusted the equipment was working properly and didn’t think much of it at the time. Later that night, I was pulled over after work for driving without license plates. That’s when I realized the car wash had ripped my plates off completely. I called the business, and while they confirmed they had my plates, the customer service was mediocre at best. When I went to pick them up the next morning, there was no apology, no explanation, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I was simply handed the plates in silence. This place is not only ridiculously expensive for what you get, but the foam brush left a disgusting goo all over my windshield, which is nearly impossible to get off. Update - turns out it was some form of glue. I called to talk to the manager. Impossible to get a hold of. I live two hours away so wasn't able to pop in. But, on my next trip I did. I spoke with Michelle and showed her the damage. She was basically "Sorry, you're SOL." She told me they only wash the brushes every two weeks. (gross). The least she could have done was offer me to drive through the auto car wash. Zero customer relationship skills or care. Use this place at your own risk. Hopefully the Lexus dealership can get it off my paint :(

When the new automated car wash opened I loved going here but lately when I have used it it seems really aggressive and brushed are to close to the car and move side mirrors back and forth. On my other vehicle it bent my intena. It just seems like it needs a tweaking on vehicle sizes and yes I did pick the taller vehicle option. The truck also didn't come out as clean as it used to.

Carwash is very aggressive. I've used this carwash twice. Each time, it has knocked my side mirrors out of wack. On the 2nd time, the Carwash pulled part of my roof rack off. The employee explained to me that the dryer blows winds of 80mph. That's a category 1 hurricane!!! I will not use this carwash again because I'm afraid it will damage my vehicle.
