The guys working here turned my terrible shitty situation (my engine blew up) into something so much better they were super cool to talk to easy going and were so willing to work with me and I really appreciated their help, I got a tow off the turnpike in my lowered car which the driver took extra care in lifting as well kudos you guys made my night so much better thank you

I broke down on the turnpike and had my car towed here. The lady at the service desk was extremely kind and helpful. As a non-native English speaker, it was difficult for me to communicate with my insurance about getting the car towed all the way to my mechanic, but she took the time to call them on my behalf. That was such a relief and showed real care!! I didn’t get the chance to say goodbye, so I want to say it here — goodbye and thank you so much again for your help!

My cousin actually got the service, but I wanted to thank Michael for being so amazing with my nephew. We live in a nightmare tow situation; just a few feet off a busy road one way in, one out, with a mostly blind turn into the neighborhood. And despite screaming impatent neighbors, and blaring phones, Michael took the time to answer a curious, excited 4-year old's babbled statements, and will probably be his hero for the near future. Thanks my guy for being super cool in the face of super shenanigans.

Melissa at the desk was great. The tall guy with the beard and the man with a mustache who towed my black Nissan off Exit 7 of the Turnpike were thorough, great concersationalists, professional and helpful.

after pay for tow service and they arrived on the road they stopped in office with car on top and making me wait for switch the driver because they don’t want to loose money and whoever already paid they not care telling me you have no choice to wait another driver ridiculous never seen something like this
