These folks were great! I broke down near the shop and had my vehicle towed over. I got there before they opened, but they were awesome and helped me out. I still had to get to where I was headed and they were able to drive me to enterprise to rent a vehicle. They were able to get my vehicle looked at and fixed. The folks at Hales went above and beyond! They made a bad situation very manageable and helped me out so much.
