This dealership has always taken care of me, i purchased my vehicle from this location. I recently hit a deer and needed some software updates to complete my claim. My body shop towed my car here for this and they were to leave my key for the tow truck driver to pick up after hours. They failed to do so and offered to put gas in the car and drive it back. They proceeded to break my gas door lid off stating it would not open without permission and then tried to call me to charge me $3xx something dollars for their mishap. I had my bf and the body shop call and handle this situation. We ended up not having to pay (seeing as we never should have had to) and they had mechanic drive it back. When purchasing our vehicle at another dealership We were informed it would need some sensors fixed, and the dealership we purchased from agreed to Take care of the repairs. The dealership we purchased from Royal Oaks Chevrolet in Paducah was awful. We had to make multiple multiple trips back-and-forth from our home in Missouri to the dealership only to find out they could not repair it. Then we had to do the leg work of finding a dealership that could fix the problem and we were going to have to pay out of our own pocket and then get reimbursed from Royal Oak Chevrolet. Volkswagon of marion put their clients priorities and needs first. I have had two purchases through them. I will be going back again eventually. Let's not talk about the reliability of the vehicles. Maintenance department is absolutely outstanding , Dawson. Sierra also if awsome all the way around. Most definitely recommend they have been the best.

Went on Veteran’s day which is a special day for me because I’m a veteran. From the moment I walked in until the time I left, the staff was amazing. Kept me in the loop about everything there were doing and even told me that there was a recall on a specific hood item and they wanted to take care of it right away. I went in for a routine oil change but it felt like they just wanted to make sure that the car I invested, they were invested in it too. One proud customer.

My first visit with VW of Marion was very good. The staff at the service desk were kind & descriptive of the services being performed. The service tech sends you a video & completed the service work notably quick. The follow-up report was useful.
