My experience at Watermark in Marion, Illinois, has been excellent. Quick Lane maintains (oil changes, tire rotations, new tires) my 2023 Palisade XRT on a regular schedule. The Service department took care of a battery issue by coming to my house to check the battery with problems and jumped the car and drove the car to the dealership to check all details of the battery before installing a new battery. This dealership is dependable, employees are polite, professional, and knowledgeable in their specific areas of service.
