This was our second purchase from Watermark Ford Hyundai. Each time was extremely satisfying Michelle Laird was our salesperson on both purchases. She is a super sweet lady and very knowledgeable as well. She spent a lot of time with us, especially with all the everchanging tech features, which was very important to us. What makes this new purchase even better, is that the service and quick lane areas are the best. We couldn't have been treated better over the last six years from them. Everyone here treated us with respect, keeping us informed of progress on our vehicle. Any questions were answered with knowledge immediately. Will in the service department is an employee who really stood out to us. Ford is fortunate to have employees like Will representing their company.

Before going on, I would like to say I would like to amend not just the dealership but the staff here and would wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a vehicle. I came in this morning and spoke with Jeff Cain at 8am about a truck I had saw and liked online. We had drove it and I loved it. I came back and got a run down of everything and it all came out the way I was hoping for, pretty soon I was in Jon Woffard’s office speaking numbers and out the door by 11:30am. This was the smoothest most relaxed and respective visit to a dealer I have ever been to. These guys as well as the people who I hadn’t even dealt with were the most polite, respectful and kind people. John(I hope that was his name) was very kind and respectful, kept me updated throughout the whole process, and while the car did take a little extra time to get finished because of things out of their control, or finding other problems as they kept working on it, the car was cleaned and returned back to me looking brand new!! Couldn’t be happier with my experience with this business. Body shop gets a 4/5 john gets a 5/5! Give that man a raise! :)
