Great, reliable and efficient service! Matthew was able to schedule me the next day after calling about getting my oil changed, and I was in and out in no time at all! Everyone who works there is friendly and personable, and their services are fairly priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service done on their vehicle in the near future. The waiting room is very nice and comfortable, and they got the job done, but the SERVICE TOTALLY SUCKS! I went there to get my oil changed since it was close by, thinking it would be a quick and easy stop. NOPE! They said it couldn’t be done immediately and had me make an appointment for it, which I’ve never had to do for an oil change, but I really didn’t mind. So then I came back at the appointment time, and it took them over a half hour to change the oil! I’ve never had it take more than just a few minutes at any other auto shop location in the area. I asked the front desk guy for pricing beforehand, and he told me $60, which ended up being $80 after the service and transaction fees that I wasn’t informed of when I asked originally. The moment I came into the shop Matt was very helpful and was very confident that Jake can fix anything. My stress went down and I am super happy that I brought it into this shop for an amazing price! Other shops quoted me 500 just for a diagnosis including a 2nd key fee because I only have 1 key. Great atmosphere and great guys that will not be a typical mechanic shop where they just brush you off and make you feel like a dumbass. They listen to everything I said and are very happy to help my situation! I cannot recommend this place enough for the great experience!
