Halladay Subaru

So i bought this car and was thrilled. I thought i found a diamond in the ruff. The car seemed perfect. Then 2 weeks ago i noticed spots under it. So i was suprised. I took it to my mechanic and he pulled the plastic cover off the top of the motor and we found all sorts of oily grit that had been sprayed into spots form the pressure wash the dealer did before I came to see it. Several areas in the engine compartment had chunks of oily grit sitting on them. Under parts and in the cracks showed this had been a on going problem for some time. Clearly a classic bad used car sales practice. I would like to think my sales man didnt know all this but clearly who ever cleaned the car up knew exactly what he was doing. I still love the car but not happy with their method of hiding issues. And st

I have brought my wrx here since moving to Wyoming. Hands down the ladies in the service department are the best. They are very helpful and very kind. The service techs are great at their job and always get my car back to me quick and point out any thing might need taken care of down the road. Will keep bringing my wrx back here for the great service and great price. Thanks to everyone here!

Our California subaru dealer mistakenly filled our wiper fluid with summer fluid before a winter road trip --- and it froze solid as we drove across Wyoming in a polar vortex. The folks here were extremely kind and took our car in overnight to thaw & drain it in the morning. They gave us a loaner vehicle and didn't even charge us. Real lifesavers!

I like that Halliday Subaru has a technician working there, who is very conscientious and knows how to investigate problems. After an appointment for routine maintenance, my Crosstrek did not make the chirping sound anymore, when locking/unlocking the doors. A few days later, the technician was able to investigate, find the probable cause, and fix it. I appreciate his knowledge and ability.
