Needed a repair on my 2014 Nissan Rogue right after the holidays. I scheduled an appointment online but didn’t realize those had to be confirmed. Halls Auto called me in the following Monday after I had dropped off the vehicle and said they would take a look at the issue. Because I had not scheduled the appointment they could not fix it same day but said I could take the vehicle until they had the part in for the fix. They scheduled me right afterwards and the car was fixed the day the part came in. Great service and went out of their way to help fix my car. Highly recommended.
