Hall's Tire

I had an extremely frustrating experience at this location. I called before driving 20 minutes to confirm they had the exact tire I needed in stock and to verify the price, and I was clearly quoted a price over the phone. When I arrived, they went ahead and installed the tire. After the work was completed, I was told the price was higher than what I had been quoted. I explained that I had called ahead specifically to confirm the price before making the drive, but instead of addressing the issue, I was told I “needed to pay” and the staff became argumentative. Changing the price after the service is already completed is unacceptable. If the quoted price was incorrect, that should have been communicated before the tire was installed, not afterward. I took my car to get it worked on, they kept it for 3 days, did a good job repairing it, but the inside of my car had clothes seats had oil/grease stains it wasn't like that when I took it to them, also on top of my trunk someone took something and carved scratches into my trunk and some type of reddish glue carved into thescratches. I should have inspected the car before I drove off but I didn't. This act was done there and this is unacceptable for a buisness.

I had a nail in my Semi rear tire. They patched it for $50. So happy!!!!

Great costumer service. Sometimes it gets very busy in the middle of the day and will be hard to get to you. I tried again in the morning 9am on a Sunday. They took care of me right away. FYI $10 for patches on tires.

They always do a good job even though it's always busy good hard-working people
