Had a A/C issue that the compressor clutch wasn't in gauging. I took it to them and I told them I checked the high pressure switch and it didn't check out when I checked it with a dwell meter. I didn't want to chase parts so I wanted them to service it. They called with a estimate of of $1156.00 stating the compressor and would have to be replace. I asked if they could just replace the clutch they said they would look into it. They called me back stating it wasn't available for that compressor. Not true. (2015 Jeep Wrangler) So I trusted them and told them to go ahead. My mistake. I notice on the clients concerns they didn't let the technician know what I told them about the bad high pressure switch. $150 just for diagnostic that I believe wasn't done properly. I had a bent tie rod at 1 am and could not straighten my steering. I called Hamilton at 1:30. I could hardly understand the man who answered but he said his driver was picking up down the road and might be couple hours. I sat in my truck in the desert until 4 am waiting before I called back. He asked again where my location was and where I was going and said he'd have his driver there in 45 minutes. The driver arrived and was a nice enough young man but he could not pull the truck onto the flatbed due to the tires being turned. He tried a couple tricks but couldn't do it. He informed me I needed a wheel lift, which they had but didnt use because they were not trained to use it, apologized, offered me a ride, and then left. He was still new to the job so his lack of knowledge was forgivable
