It's the dishonesty that upsets me. We took the car in for a misfire condition. After a few days We were informed that the car had a cracked air intake tube causing the misfire, and that it also had a leaking water pump. We were quoted $1300 for the repairs. I knew the coolant was full, so I decided to only have them replace the air intake hose. A week later we were informed that the part had arrived but it was not the correct part, and that they were still trying to source the correct part. Another week passes and we are told the the Air intake tube is no longer available. So we picked the car up and took it to J&S Automotive. Got me in 2 hours before closing on a moments notice. Absolutely phenomenal. Unfortunately couldn’t get the alignment I needed due to some failing parts but the tech that diagnosed my front end on their lift was very knowledgable and thorough in his explanation. They didn’t even bother charging me a fee. Great service all around. I have trusted 2 of my vehicles with these guys now, and each time is better than the last. Highly recommend

Had a fantastic experience with Harmon Expert Auto Service, Inc. From start to finish.....super quick response to my online appointment request, the communication with Jeremy (he was fantastic), to picking it up....the whole process was great !!! The pricing was beyond fair. Highly recommend !!
