Avoid bad experiences like mine – avoid Harry’s. I no longer trust them and have found a new shop. I was a loyal Harry’s customer for eight years – oil changes, brakes, tires, inspections, and other repairs on my Hyundai. Service was reliable and fair-priced. But today I walked out dissatisfied, annoyed, and vowing never to return. It seems they’ve hired some incompetent mechanics and are now unwilling to make things right after their screw-ups. Some weeks ago, I got my routine oil change (now $50), but found an oil puddle on my garage floor the next morning. When I went back to Harry’s, the mechanic said it was “residual oil” that spilled onto the engine splash shield during the oil change and the dripping would soon stop. But days later it was still dripping a lot, so I went back again

Don’t go to Harry’s! I was a long time customer but will never go there again. They don’t stand by their work, don’t own up to mistakes. You can’t even talk to Harry . You have to go through Teresa who is extremely rude and unprofessional. They treat their customers with disrespect. We’ll take our business elsewhere!!!

My check engine light came on, took it to dealer and they said it was an evap sensor. They changed onged it out at $300. Light came back on a week later, and I was working in CT took it to a garage down there and they said the same thing. Drove around with light on for a month, took it to Harrys when I got back. They said it wasshowing an evap too but suggested they wanted to try the gas cap first. That was the problem, Needless to say I should've went to Harrys before the dealer. Highly recommend!!

Great service and friendly staff I take my car here for state inspections every year.

My father brought his car in for some front end work, they completely missed the obvious ball joint issue and did other random things that didn't need to be fixed, then the ball joint broke loose and my father almost crashed into traffic on the highway and had to get his car towed. If you want to pay thousands to almost die and junk your car then this is the place for you.
