My mom purchased a car on November 5, 2021 and of course she received a temporary paper tag until she receive the permanent one it the mail. They didn’t send the paperwork off until December 16, 2021 and the temporary tag expired on December 20, 2021 and they won’t give her a extended temporary tag! Very unprofessional!!! Now my mom can’t even drive the car because the tag is expired yet alone still have to make the upcoming payment this month and when called to ask for an extended tag, all you get is I’m sorry, I can’t print another one! Yearrrrrrrrrs ago they were excellent, but I don’t think I’ll refer anyone here. They’re quick to take the cash, but slack in every other area. If I could give a -1 ⭐️ I honestly would!!!

They caught me at a desperate moment and I bought an SUV 2 years ago got for $15,000 and when I went to a dealership for a trade-in I found out it's only worth $700. They got me good. Never purchase a vehicle from them without doing a vehicle check first.

Worst car place ever brought a vehicle from there & without a week of my purchase car had to be put in the shop she lied about my car having a warranty on it so everything had to be paid out of pocket then the next month it was back in the shop for running hot now my year mark is here & the car is parked in my yard with a blown head gasket & starter is gone.
