Havens did a great job and was very quick. Very smooth process with the insurance and I highly recommend them for any auto body work.

I brought my vehicle here for a repair and I was not impressed. The work I brought it there for was okay but they also promised to touch up some scrapes around the car and that work was a little sloppy. The worst part of doing business with them is they forced me to take part in shady business practices. Upon completing the deal I was advised it was a "cash deal" and that I had to take out the money for the repair from the ATM (they wouldn't take the check I offered them). I was told they needed to do this because they regularly get screwed by insurance companies (as if it's my responsibility to be part of the "balancing" this out for them). While I'm confident that is true, this wasn't an insurance job (I was paying out of pocket). I don't appreciate being looped into something shady.

The best. Exceeded expectations. My 4Runner looks better than before the accident. Fast and efficent.
