Went in to get an oil change on my Subaru Outback. The technician mistakenly drained the transmission fluid, and overfilled the undrained motor oil. When the car made a horrible noise on starting, the technicians figured out what happened and went to the autoparts store to refill the transmission fluid. I leave after paying full price for the oil change, but the car isn't behaving normally. I end up taking it to the dealer in Bath. The dealer said there was not enough fluid and also the wrong type. 2 stars because the technicians TRIED to fix their mistake. Who knows what lasting damage occurred from this careless mistake.

Worst oil change I have ever received. Three of my friends had complained to me about express lube not giving enough oil to their customers. I had been going there for oil changes for a while, so I didn’t listen. About a month after my oil change I went to my regular mechanic with a few new issues and he said I had 1 quart of oil in my car. There isn’t a leak. They shorted me three quarts of oil and caused lots of damage to my engine because of it. This place should be shut down. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Stopped in to get my oil changed and have tires checked. The women and man there were very professional. They answered my questions and had me out of there in under 15 minutes. Very friendly. Definitely will be back.

I've only used the drive-thru car wash here, but it was quick and efficient and I was on my way with a clean car. There's also some self-serve car wash bays and coin-op vacuums.

I went here to get my car wash on March 23, 2018 at 3:41 pm. I paid for the Silver Wash which is $14. When I was done I continued to where I was going. When I got out of my car I looked at the hood of my car, and noticed scratches on it and smudges where the clothes from the car wash went over my car, there might be more scratches on top of my car. As you can see from the six pictures. I know those scratches weren't there before the wash. I talked to the guy there about it and he said it wasn't the machine. I told him they weren't there before the clean. And he said the car is clean. But ignoring the smudges and lying about the machine causing the scratches. The Smudges I do not care about. Only the $432 quote I got for the scratches after I talked to the guy at the car wash, luckily I got
