Heartland Tire West Bloomington

I have been taking my truck to Bloomington Heartland for a few years now for regular service as well as some major engine work. I have found them to be very thorough and knowledgeable with their assessment of the diagnosis. Then their pricing is fair and they are willing to work with you. When I had to have major work done they communicated with me along the way so I never had to wonder what was going on. Their loaner program is a very nice benefit as well. I recommend the team at Bloomington Heartland to all my friends and family.

Second time getting an oil change and tire rotation here and very happy. They're fast, very friendly, make reasonable recommendations on maintenance and repairs. My car is pretty new so nothing to do yet but will be getting my car maintenance done here in the future!

Recently got a new set of tires here and the service, speed and professionalism is top notch! I’ve since returned for oil changes and tire rotations and plan to continue for a long time! I also like that they’re informative, but not pushy, about recommended service based on mileage or vehicle check up findings and transparent about pricing so I can make an informed decision. Would recommend to anyone!

Tires and oil change. When I made the appointment they could have gotten me in the next day! I love that. When I took it in the check-in process is smooth and easy - they had my paperwork ready and knew I was coming in. They were super busy! I asked if possible I wanted my car my 1pm. They called me at noon and it was ready! They are always friendly and professional

I have been going here for about 5 years. These guys are great and have been able to fix intermittent issues other shops have not. Nick as the manager is great and Karl their master mechanic are both "as good as they get". Pretty sure my 2005 GMC Yukon Denali XL will make it from 366,000 now, to 500,000 miles by 2034 with these guys doing maintenance.
