For example- I called and asked to schedule a visit sometime in the next few weeks for my ancient 4Runner (which I love and other shops have refused to work on due to its age). He asked about my concerns and when I told him what was going on, suggested I come in right away to make sure that the issue would not impact my safety or wellbeing.
