JL New and Used Tires - Auto Detailing - Oil Change

I came from Jersey to buy a trailer that ended up needing all new tires, these guys are the only reason we were able to head back home the same day and not be stuck here over the weekend Super polite and work very quick, they also fixed another problem we didn’t know the trailer had so we got home safely Best service I’ve had at a shop! Definitely recommend!

​"I went in because my tire had a nail near the outer edge. I specifically asked for a patch because I knew a plug wouldn't hold up well in that area. Even though he agreed at first, he went ahead and put a plug in anyway. When I confronted him, he claimed a patch couldn't be used there. Having worked in this field before, I know for a fact a patch would have worked perfectly. ​It felt like they were just trying to push me to buy a new tire I didn't need. On top of that, charging $30 just for a plug is ridiculous. Terrible service—if I could give them zero stars, I would."

This place is great. I showed up without an appointment and they squeezed me in. I bought 4 tires at a very reasonable price. Two days later I punctured one on a railroad crossing (my fault). They replaced it quickly, and again very reasonable. I recommend this place.

Monday I woke up checked my old tires and seen wire showing so I went to the this tire shop , had 2 tires replaced on the front, next day noticed 2 scratches that go in towards the tire as if thier tire machine nicked my rims. I called and notified the shop As expected immediately tried to deny any responsibility. I have aftermarket 20 inch rims and I believe the wrong machine and process was used , the owner wants me to come in next week to look at the rim when the installer is present. It took a lot of hard work and 10 years to get this truck I know every detail about it , it def wasn’t there before I went to shop and it’s the same scratch spaced out and the scratches go inward toward the motor of truck. I will update this review after I meet with owner and installer next week

Called at opening on Saturday, requested 4 tires, got in within 2hrs & completed in 1hr. Great response, very kind & professional service. Thank you, Juan & crew!
